Hello， Lydia，Thanks for host the great events . I am Richard, ceo/ founfer of ICevent. our product has been developed few month, but there didn’t has a chance to meet the public to tell everyone what we are doing.
So，before we talking about ICevent，at the very beginning, i want to give us a little bit about the backstory of why I build this product（ ICevent).
I personally have terrible memory, so I used in the calendar quite a lot. few year ago I used Google calendar to remind me any kind of events and meetings and things but I finnaly I realize it is getting to meet my demand. Other things is i usually go hiking with friends in weekend， so we use meetup often， but I need to put every meetup in my calendar every-time manually.
And sometime book my dentist appointment though phone, so I need to put the schedule into my calendar every-time manually.and like everything in life i need to put it in calendar （ feel very unconvinced with putting things in calendar manually. so i’ve been thinking is there any product that i can use that combine the details in Twttier ？ So I start to search online , but there were no one. So I start to build my own product.
At the first, basically the product just a calendar customized my personal requestment, and I use it among my friends. And after while. the meantime i also do IT bossiness consulting, So I have my bussiness guy to build kind of costomer business solution, like travel Itinerary ，which is for the travel agency they usully manage the travel tourist. also I had landscaping campany to manage the work stadiums. By doing this kind of customized solutions, so I try to rethink the project I’ve built.So I started to redesine it and want to put it into the market. But there are challenges to marketing it.
The biggest problem is trust. when you start a new project, it’s hard to convince ppl to use it. becasue of the date privacy turst issue. so I tured to blockchain. Blockchain has the natural trust system. I did my reaserch on Ethereum / Polkadot/ Near, but none of them can make my works come ture.
Untill I meet ICP, that I realized that is where i can deploy my product. so since I learnd how to write hardware, I learned how to code. So I transferred my previous product to ICevent.
What is ICevent? It is a calendar. It’s just like google calendar that you can set a reminder to manage meeting schedules, contacts, and add to-do list. It’s similar, but there are more features. when you use google calendar, you cannot mark a comment. when I was organized the hiking meetups, sometimes I need to make a comment to discuss things, but google calendar cannot do that. Then I rethinking of ICevent as a social calendar.You can communicate with each other, and cooperate with each other.
So ICevent is more than a calendar, there are more advanced features, I called it solutions. For example, one key solutions is NFTticket. Just like you use event feature, you can host a event and sell the tickets of the events. ICevent is build on blockchain, so we can leredge NFTs as a ticket.
Another key solution is Appointment. years ago ，i used different appointment system，I alway want those features can find on google. (But last year, I saw google has this features, but i never used it.) The appointment features can helps you to manage all the requirements at one calendar. you can use ICevent to book your denist, and host a events.
All the things show up at one calendar. It’s very convenience in life.
About the roadmap :
We want to develope those two features this year, and the NFT ticket.
so next year we’ll focus on NFT Ticket. and business partner developent
to bring the real-cases in life.
Our another goal is to adopted the nns. we’ll open the source to the public to become to a Community-drived project eventually. Like a DAO.

Lydia：okay，thanks， Richard，actually， i really do have question for you. you’ve mentioned the NFT ticket and the appointment solutions this year and will develope the business developent next year，so my question is what's the real usecase of the NFT Ticket.
Richard: i think i answered that question before. For your cases， if you want to host an event，so you just can created a event，and set a prices，you can mint the ticket to nfts. there are two ways that you can mint your Ticket NFT
One is you can upload the image of the events. Another way is just generated a default NFT ticket. which is kind of loot style. It’s black. i shared it on Twitter before. After you mint the NFTs ，the users can register the event，the can buy the NFT as the event Ticket.
Now it just developed for the online events,but in the future we’ll bring it to the real-life, offline event. We’re think of the QR cord ticket.
Lydia: Now the most use cases of the NFT is PFP, But in the future，
The NFT will used for the ticket services.
I get another questions for you, you’ve mentioned the NFT minting solution.
Do you also provide the NFT minting service on the platform.
Richard: yes. we have the separate canister for the users to minting the nfts
uers can mint NFTs directly on ICevent, but you need to pay for it with our native token ICET.
Lydia： You've mentioned the native tokens，could you please talk more about the native tokens？
Richard： Yeah. ICET token is the native token of ICevent. there are few benefit. One is for users incentives, which is reward the users who use our platform. The another one is for the mint NFT service. if you want to mint NFTs ticket. you need to pay for it.
